William Riley Harding was born on November 28, 2019 at 3:53 am. He had to be delivered at 28 weeks because mother, Emily Harding, had severe preeclampsia. He weighed 2 pounds 4 ounces. This GoFundMe was created to allow people to give help to the parents in a monetary fashion.
