The 12th Month of Israel's genocide war on Gaza

This is Hashim and Laila, two Palestinian youths in their thirties living in Gaza. We were hesitant to write on GoFundMe, but unfortunately, we have no other options left. It's hard to ask for help after having independent lives full of education, work and business.

I used to work as an NGO coordinator in the morning and as a monitor at a coffee lab in the evening, while my wife Laila worked as a lab specialist in the agriculture ministry. We worked day by night to cover the high cost of medical care needed to have a child.

We got married four years ago and have been struggling with the effects of Covid-19. In addition, the Israeli aggression against Gaza in 2021. Up to October 7th 2023 thatIsrael destroyed our lives, our past, present and future. We have been forced to move three times, from the north Gaza to the south of Rafah city, the area that was supposed to be a safe zone for millions of people but has become one of the most dangerous zones in the strip after the ongoing announcements of an invasion military operation, to Deir Elbalah Now, we were thinking of getting medical treatment to have a child, a chance to build a family in our new home. However, the recent destruction has made it impossible for us to have even basic needs such as food, water, or shelter. It's a horrible situation that we can't even begin to comprehend.

We need a normal life with safety, freedom, and dignity, trying with your help to get medical treatment abroad after all the hospitals in Gaza become flattened!

The cost of travel is so expensive up to 6000$ per person, in addition to the cost of issuing a passport and identification papers worth (400$), the fat fee, and the period of stay. And the expensive treatment and follow-up expenses, which may reach (15000$).
