Warwick ISoc Alumni Network

The Warwick ISoc Alumni Network was created as a means of keeping Muslim graduates from Warwick University connected post-university, both with each other as well as with the current generation of ISoc members.
The network aims to serve our Muslim graduates by providing them with a platform for spiritual, personal, and professional support & development once they leave the 'ISoc-bubble' that we were blessed with during our time at Warwick. Beyond this, it will also act as a platform to support current ISoc students with guidance and advice from fellow brothers & sisters who were in their shoes not long ago and have since gone on to assume influential positions in their communities and professions.
Some of the ideas in the pipeline for the Warwick ISoc Alumni Network include...
- Careers Events led by our Alumni
- Networking Events
- On-going social events (football, annual dinners, and more)
- Mentoring opportunities for current students
- A pool of relatable & accomplished talent for the ISoc to utilise
- Islamic talks and other opportunities for spiritual development
...and the potential extends far beyond this!
The alumni network is an initiative that, inshaAllah, will benefit generations of Muslim students at Warwick - during and beyond their time at university. To help maximise the potential of this legacy, we've set up this fund as a means of sharing in the khair by contributing to the events and efforts of the alumni network going forward.
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, on-going charity the reward of which reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him.”
