Washington Fire Replacement Fund
Donation protected
Princeton High School Studio Band member Denzel Washington and his mother Jackie were displaced from their apartment on December 27th due to the fire at Griggs Farm Apartment Complex. Due to the extreme damage of their unit, water damage (and freezing temps), they will be losing almost everything and have no access to anything as of now.
We are happy they are safe and the Princeton High School Band Program and Band Parents' Association are helping them in any way we can. There is a short-term plan in place, but as part of our long-term plan we are starting this GoFundMe to help them replace furniture, clothing, and other necessities that they will need once they have a new apartment.
We are set our original goal at $6,000 and are pleased to say that was met in under 12 hours. We are extremely appreciative of all the support for Denzel and Jackie. We are raising our goal to $10,000 and will see where it goes! We're extremely grateful and touched by the overwhelming support in such a short amount time!
Thanks for your help!
