Water heater broke no hot water since July4th

Hi my name is Vanessa and we need help with our water heater. I applied for SER at the DHS office and got approved but have to pay $816 out of pocket and we don't have it. We are low income and would like to get help if the Lord puts it in your heart to help me and my family out. It would be a great blessing because my boys won't be taking cold shower.
