Water wells & other charity work for Khawar Ajaz

Asalaamu'aleykum

They say people will only understand a tragedy when a loved one close to them returns to Allah. Recently, I understood what that meant.

Many felt the pain and the loss of our brother, son and friend, the beloved Khawar Ajaz.

Allah had written for him to suddenly and tragically pass away in a traffic accident. Something no person can prepare for... To Him we belong, therefore to Him we shall return. 

For those that knew him, knew he was an individual who lit the room as he entered with his infectious smile and good character... I have only heard people say positive things alhamdullilah, he has left a mark on all our hearts. 

If we truly loved him, there would be one thing we can do to secure his jannat. It may be small to others but big in the sight of Allah... Giving charity in Khawar's name will ensure his good deeds continue to add up until there will be a mountain of good deeds for him on the day of judgement and when he asks where the mountain came from, we can say it was from those hearts he touched, those he left behind.

We will begin with water wells and I pray Allah gives us the ability to do much more in the coming weeks and months.
