Waterford Animal Welfare have launched their Paw4WAW Fundraising Campaign to appeal for urgent support during the Covid 19 crisis. Through their Pet Photo Challenge on social media, they are asking supporters to tag them in a pet photo, nominate four friends to pass it on and make a small €4 donation.

The closure of their much-loved charity shop due to lock down has lost them their main source of funding; they now have a drastically reduced unit of only four people. However, they are continuing their incredible work through this crisis by helping cocooning, isolating and vulnerable pet owners in any way they can and totally free of charge- all while still running a twenty-four-hour emergency response, maintaining a public advice service and providing amazing after care for abused, injured or neglected animals.
