WATU Secondary School in Moshi, Tanzania

In June 2020, I will be travelling with my school to Moshi, Tanzania, to visit WATU secondary school. WATU is a small NGO whose mission is to offer young people from financially disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to realize their academic potential. Our school has been supporting them since 2006 and participated in numerous activities ranging from teaching to helping to build classrooms. 
This year, we hope to be able to finance and build chicken sheds and buy chickens. After supplying WATU school with a well for water to grow more vegetables last year, this will continue to enable them to become more sustainable, enabling students to have access to a more varied diet. 
We will also travel to Zanzibar to work with local teachers to help them develop educational resources for their primary schools as well as helping the local communities with the restoration and maintenance of the classrooms.
As my first activity of support, I will be running the Escalade race in Geneva to raise money. This race will take place on December 1st and I would really appreciate your sponsorship.
