Help save lives in Memory of Wayne Bremer

Donation protected
We are the Bremer family.

Wayne Bremer, loving husband, devoted father, brother, uncle, the King of our family and friend to many, passed away unexpectedly in September 2024. He went to work one morning as normal, in seemingly good health. Sometimes there aren't any warnings!

We are extremely grateful for all the help Wayne received from all of his colleagues, friends and emergency services.

As a family we would like to think that in any emergency situation, the basic but essential life saving equipment is close by and available for use. Unfortunately this isn't always the case!

Research suggests
"In the UK, fewer than 1 in 10 people survive
an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. Chances of
survival decrease by up to 10% for every minute
that passes without medical help" (https://www.bhf.org.uk)
Our aim is to significantly increase survival rates across Gloucestershire by providing as many additional public access defibrillators as we can.

Please help us to achieve our goal! We aim to collect £10000. With your donations and subsides, we hope to be able to purchase as many life saving defibrillators, and install them in locations across Gloucestershire. We are working alongside the emergency services across the county ensuring any addition defibrillators are placed strategically where they are most needed!

Whilst we deal with the utter shock of our loss, we look forward to hearing of lives we will have helped to save in loving memory of Wayne.

We thank you in advance if you have chosen to donate and have one final request! Please take time to view the three links we have provided below.

  • There is access to free training for individuals and organisations on how to save lives. Please use these tools in your work places and every day lives.
  • You can familiarise your colleagues, and families at home with the location of your nearest defibrillator using the link below, you will notice there are big gaps where you may expect to have access to a defibrillator.
  • If an organisation has not registered their defibrillator on "The Circuit" emergency services will not know they exist! We have therefore included the link to "The Circuit" where you a can register defibrillators for public use.

Please share these links, they may help someone save a life!
