Wayne Crozier Funeral Fund

It is with overwhelming sadness that we begin this fundraising campaign for our father Wayne Crozier Sr. to prepare for his battle with Lewy Body Dementia ending. We are asking for any donations for his funeral and any remaining medical expenses.

Wayne has always been gregarious and full of life, known for his sharp wit and generosity, and independence. Prior to his diagnosis, he loved crossword puzzles, sudoku, and working on cars. One of the most common places to find him was in his garage with music playing and quick jokes ready to go.

While he may have lost some things he loved, he continues to hold on to what makes Wayne who he is at his very core. His sense of humor is unaffected by the disease that takes so much from those that suffer from it. He was still attempting to crack jokes as they moved him to hospice this past weekend. Wayne is fighting until the end and remains the strongest person we know.

Unfortunately, his fight is at a close as just today we were told he will likely be gone within two weeks. Arrangements to bring him home are being made so that he may spend the time he has where he is most comfortable. After we say goodbye, Wayne will continue to leave a lasting mark on those who love him.
