Wayne Mowatt was a lifelong educator in  the state of maine.  He focused on making sure children had necessary materials and resources to learn. His sole mission was technical education. Believing that people should learn technical and trade skills that are always in high demand. The goal of this scholarship is to provide one student per year with a years tuition for technical community college education after high school at an instate technical college. The student will be a picked from Caribou school systems in Caribou, ME by Wayne’s son’s; Ian and Eric.
