Wayne Scheller's Memorial Fund

How do you begin something like this? How do you sum up Wayne Karl Scheller? More affectionately known as ‘Wayno’, our big brother was pretty much everyone’s brother.

He wanted to talk to Anyone, and he loved Everyone he talked to. If you’re a soldier, he thanked you and your family for your service. If you’re a mother, he asked about your children. If you were his sibling or close friend, he only required a ‘Hello Wayne’ and an ‘I love you too’. That is literally all this man wanted; To love and to be loved.

Now we are being asked to say ‘Good Bye Wayne, I love you.’ And while nobody is ready to do that, everyone is asking to be a part of it.

So this page is for anyone who would like to donate a few dollars to help offset the Memorial and Celebration costs of this Good Bye. These funds will go to Wayne’s twin sister Lisa, and help us all pay for the cremation, a ‘Celebration of Life’ event this summer, and a special place in Lake Placid, where we can all visit him to once again say “Hello Wayne, I Love You too.”

We have already been so humbled by the massive outpouring of Love for our Brother, and we Thank You all from the bottom of our hearts.
