WAYNE TYRONE

Hello Family and Friends,
One of my good friends WAYNE TYRONE, a college teammate and ex- pro-ball player, had quadruple by-pass surgery on Thursday February 6th 2020 at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington, Texas.
I have known Wayne since 1971. He and I went to Pan Am University (now UTRGV) in Edinburg, Texas. He played on the baseball team for two years. He also played in the Mexican and Inter-American League, as well as in the major leagues for the Baltimore Orioles and the Chicago Cubs.
He found out he had heart problems by chance. He went to the doctor about a month ago (January) for a routine check up...and it turned out to be...much more serious.
Wayne will not be able to work after this surgery for at least six (6) to nine (9) months, and recovery will take quite a while. According to the Mayo Clinic website (https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/coronary-bypass-surgery/about/pac-20384589)) patients should “Expect a basic recovery period of about six to 12 weeks”.
My goal is to raise $5000.00 for Wayne, because I have first hand knowledge on exactly how this whole process works and what he may experience I know he will need the funds as soon as possible.
$5000.00 is just a drop in the bucket, but it is a start to help him out financially. All donations will go toward his surgery, hospital stay and rehabilitation and any other situations that may occur during and after his surgery and recuperation.
If you need more information, don’t hesitate to leave me a message on this page. I will monitor it each day.
Thank you very much for your donation. I appreciate it ... and so does Wayne and his family.
Sincerely,
Andre Rabouin
