WayWiser's Ukrainian Team Needs Support
Donation protected
For the past 8 months, WayWiser has been working alongside a team of 13 incredible individuals located in Ukraine. These aren't faceless contractors. These are teammates who we speak with each and every day. They are 100% dedicated to our mission and it has never been more clear than now, just how much that means.
We plan to continue employing these amazing, caring people as their work has continued to shine through the face of extreme adversity. We are doing our part by employing Ukrainians, continuing to bolster their economy, and provide a sense of order.
While we're fortunate to be in a position to keep these heroic people employed, we're looking to help them above and beyond during these extenuating circumstances.
We're looking to support them, with your help, in rebuilding their communities, their lives, and their families, which have all been forever changed.
In times like these, taking care of our friends and family is more important than ever and our teammates in Ukraine have shown this to us in more than words.
When offered the opportunity to leave Ukraine before war broke out, their duty to family, friends, and country stood on a pedestal far above their personal safety. At the heart of their struggle, our teammates are caregivers.
Anna, Ihor, Gleb, Nikita, Mikhail, Nikita, Sasha, Oleksiy, Viktor, Dmytro, Misha, Dima, and Pavel are their names.
One chose to remain in Ukraine to protect his grandparents who were unable to safely leave their home.
Another was thrust into the role of caregiver when their grandmother was injured during an invasion in their town.
One of our teammates is currently trapped in Mariupol, a city under siege, and possibly complete control by Russia. Nobody has been able to reach him since Wednesday, March 2nd, but we remain hopeful that he and his family are okay.
The stories you’ve heard on the news are the stories they are living each day.
We’re not making them work. In fact, we continuously demand that they take time away from their computers. However, they continue to seek refuge in the normalcy behind their desks and view the economic stability of Ukraine as critical in the fight against Putin. They’ve steadfastly stated to us, “this is what we can do,” as part of a patriotic defense of Ukraine.
Incredibly enough, many of our teammates are now working behind two computers - using one to further develop WayWiser and the other to launch counter-terrorist cyber attacks on the Russian government.
It’s hard for us to disagree with their sentiment and we stand firmly behind them and their battle against tyranny.
Their strength is inspiring. Their work ethic is beyond anything imaginable. And the love and support that they showcase for their families and their country is the paragon of caregiving.

This fundraiser will provide an immediate impact on our teammates' rebuilding efforts. The fund will go towards relocation costs, rebuilding their homes, and repurchasing destroyed belongings. In the event that an individual doesn’t personally need the funds, they will go towards their immediate community, such as the Maternity Hospital Leleka, where one of our teammate's wives recently gave birth to a child.
As a community, we are aiming to raise $130,000 ($10,000 for each of our 13 team members). Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in the lives of those affected. Please join us today by donating and sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, and communities. We stand with Ukraine.
