Support me in rasing money for Ashgate Hospice
As many of my friends on here know, sadly my mum passed away in 2017 fighting a grade 4 terminal brain tumor at just 48 years old. It was such a terrible time for all of us, literally our lives were just shattered. Our poor mum just woke up one morning and was showing signs of a stroke, unable to put sentences together. The months following that morning just got worse and worse and she became extremely unwell, our mum was given the worst news imaginable, that she had 2 months lifes expectancy. Ashgate Hospice were just absolutely fantastic, like they went above and beyond, in particular a lady called Julie who worked there, her care was just outstanding.
The staff really put in so much effort to support my mum and allow her to pass away at home surrounded by her family, as she wished.
I have never raised money for ashgate Hospice since my mums passing, although it is something I've always wanted to do. And I feel like now is the perfect time to give something back. So I have signed up to do the midnight sparkle walk in memory of my lovely mum, all donations will be paid to Ashgate Hospice.
I know any money raised for this charity will do incredibly good things for people coming towards the end of their lives. Thanks so much for reading.
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of ASHGATE HOSPICECARE and every donation will help.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
