Maggie's funeral fund

Hi, my name is Kate and I am fundraising to help a dear friend Jayde and her family to help with the cost of a funeral and lost wages due to sids (sudden infant death syndrome) losing their little girl Maggie at just 4 weeks old. Unfortunately there is no known cause for sids and there is no additional ways to prevent when following safe sleep practices. After being told she would never be able to have children due to childhood cancer, her eldest three were miracle she thought she would never get, to then be given the chance for a fourth was almost like a dream! The pregnancy was long and hard facing many medical hurdles and finally with Maggie's arrival resulting in an emergency c-section, we all were glad the tough road she had endured was coming to an end and 2023 would finish on a high. Sadly a week prior to Maggie's passing, the family had rushed 5hours away to be with Jaydes father to say their goodbyes as he was battling cancer, and after batting for so long he sadly passed when they were visiting. This rushed trip so soon after Maggie's arrival has meant the family has exhausted all funds possible for fuel, accommodation etc as well as an extention to leave from work for the families loss of both their Father/father in law/grandfather, and sadly now their daughter/baby sister. A funeral is going to set back the family a minimum of $7000 with an unknown amount of time off work.
