Dearest Friends and Family,
My best man and brother, Cory Myers, lost one of his very best friends Friday, March 24… his sister, Amy Myers. Below you’ll find her family’s heartfelt words that shed light on the amazing person that has left her family in heartbreak. As Cory’s best friend, I am here to ask each of you to help the family she has left behind, most of all, her 3 children, Omar, Oliver, and Orlana, who will need all the love and support they can get. These kids were the center of her world and we want to honor her by making sure they are taken care of and have everything they need to fulfill the dreams that Amy dreamt for each of them. Please understand the family is grieving and is going through a very difficult time as they navigate this tragedy and we ask to respect their privacy at this time, but hope you can find it in your hearts to help support them so they don’t have to face greater obstacles and can focus on grieving the loss of their loved one.
No amount is too small because every piece of kindness also adds strength in hope and knowing they have a world of people to lean on and be there for them when they feel lost. Please know your words and support and acts of kindness will make an impact on each of these kids and their family. We appreciate y’all and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Much Love,
Aaron Hunt
