Mike Bloom is a stand up guy who does TONS , FOR the Fire Service and everyone he can for that matter. He is not the type of guy to immediately ask for assistance.
Back in Late July Mike was terminated from his position as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Round Lake Fire Protection District after he enacted his right to envoke arbitration over unjust discipline and proposed termination.
Mike and his family have lost his income and his benefits effective upon his termination. With no set date for an Arbitration hearing as of this post, and the possibility of not having one until 2016,
