WCGA 2023 FUNdraiser

Would you like to join me in taking action on issues affecting our families and communities?

I am a member of The League of Women Voters Woodbury-Cottage Grove Area (LWV WCGA), a 501(c)(3) organization. Our League has launched its Annual Fundraising Campaign, to be held February 1-28, 2023. Our goal is to raise $5,500 for program expenses.

LWV WCGA has been working to Empower Voters and Defend Democracy for more than 50 years. We are part of the League of Women Voters (LWV) a 103-year-old nonpartisan grass-roots organization that grew out of 80 years of protest during the women’s suffrage movement.

Please consider donating to LWV WCGA so we can continue our work.

Donations of any amount help us pay program expenses like registration fees for community outreach, facilities rentals for meetings, fees for video production, Zoom and website hosting, and delegate registration for continuing education for our members and leaders.

In addition, your donation will help us continue to provide voter education programs like Candidate Forums and Legislative Interviews, County Board 101, School Board 101, and many others. Community outreach at events like Woodbury Days, Strawberry Days, and Juneteenth allow us to reach hundreds of people and support voter registration drives.
