Join us in making a difference! We are raising money to benefit La Canada Flintridge Tournament of Roses. We are a non-profit organization that builds award winning Rose Parade Floats. Our Float entries amaze and inspire on New Years' Day in the Pasadena Rose Parade. But did you know it takes over a year and thousands of volunteer hours to create each year's entry. This is done in an open Community environment where youth and all comers are welcomed and taught Design-Research-Engineering-Art-Maker (DREAM) skills. The cost of materials and equipment is borne by the organization which is funded entirely by donations and fundraising. There are no salaries or administrative fees taken or paid; 100% of all funds goes directly to the program of Float creation. It takes a village to build an exciting and (hopefully) award winning float each year. The innovation, industrial and art skills taught to our youth, such as welding, CAD, Design, Fabrication, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics and project management - to name a few, with the end result being televised on the world stage each year, inspires and prepares those learning new skills for opportunities not previously considered-offered-contemplated.

As costs of resources rise dramatically, any donation will help us continue this very unique and vital resource. We build a Float, by building Community, by building a future. Join us as we make smiles -all year, and on New Years’ Day welcoming in each New Year with new found inspiration and hope!

This Community association has since continuously designed, built and decorated a float for the parade. The Association has won 29 banners. Including “Humor”, “Animation” and the coveted "Crown City Innovator"
