Williamsburg Distillerys Mill/Still

Williamsburg Distillery is a small craft distillery making 18th century reminicent spirits and reenacting the historical development of distilled spirits unique to America.  We are the only distillery in the world using period ingredients like Indian Corn for our Bourbon and Gin, and non GMO molasses (NOT SUGAR!) for our Rum. We have successfully completed Federal and State licensing and are soon opening the storefront for sales of spirits and dry goods.  The online store/website should be open in September.  To advance our period reenactment and education facilities, we would like to purchase a 50 gallon period reminiscent still, a 24 inch mill stone, to construct a mill stone frame, a wood fermenting tank, and obtain 10 oak barrels.  

 Why are we asking?  We are not able to get our website and online sales or our storefront up and running for another month, and the cashflow is tight.  We'd like to get advance orders of our products.  This is where you can also obtain club membership and discounts.  If you're feeling generous, you can just donate....thanks.

One of our precepts is education with a twist...The attached video (click on the picture below) introduces the story of William Rogers, the 'poor potter' of Yorktown Virginia around the year 1710.  He was the 'bootlegger', the 'rumrunner' of the time in Yorktown.  We hope to publish more adventures of the 'poor potter', not just the stories of bootlegging and his wife burning the town down while watching the still.  Send ideas for adventures, just remember we are little guys like you and the scene needs to be filmable with a telephone camera.
