We are having quintuplets!

Hi, my name is Shawn, and I am now an expecting father of quintuplets.
This story starts with my wife and me, who have been trying to conceive for over two years. We tried and failed several times, but this pregnancy is a different story. My wife was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and had very irregular cycles. So we sought fertility treatments in the form of an IUI, not to be confused with IVF. This form of therapy specializes in the timing of the cycle and optimizing your chances for conception. When we went for our appointment, my wife had two viable eggs to be fertilized, so we thought twins would be the max. But then one egg split four times, making identical quadruplets. The doctor we saw described this as a one in ten million chance. Then for good measure, the other viable egg was also fertilized, giving us quintuplets! To say we were in shock would be a severe understatement.
We are in our fourth month or 16 weeks, and all the babies are doing great. The only issue is the reality of the costs of caring for my wife while she carries the babies. Because of the complex nature of this pregnancy, we have to seek treatment at our state hospital, two hours away from our home. This commute causes missed work days and less money on my paycheck. My wife has already came off of work and is at home by our doctors orders.
We would be delighted if anyone would be willing to help us with this unplanned but incredible journey we are on.
Thanks so much for taking the time to read about our miracle babies, and I hope you have a great day.
I've linked it below if you want to see our babies show out on an ultrasound.
