Using Drones to Scale Reforestation of our Planet

Hi my name is Tomio Daumit and I’m the founder of the Rapid Reforest Campaign. We are a 501(3)c reforestation nonprofit fighting climate change by using drones to replant forests around the world.

The best and most effective way to combat our global climate crisis is with trees. Trees are our planet’s natural air purifiers and are the cheapest and single most effective tool we have to pull carbon out of the atmosphere.

People around the world have come together to reforest their neighborhoods and cities. However, if we want to reverse the impacts of climate change we need to plant trees faster. That’s why we are using drones to to help us speed up the reforestation process.

This GoFundMe campaign will help us upgrade our equipment and drastically scale our reforestation efforts. By using larger drones we can plant trees at a faster rate. In fact, one drone could plant up to 20,000 trees in a single day.
