Wheelchair accessible van for Brayden, please help

Hello, our names are Daniel and Holly, and our son, Brayden, was born with cerebral palsy. He is completely dependent, and has to use a wheelchair to get around. Although Brayden has been through a lot in his short life he is happy as can be, and loves to spend time with his siblings. He is almost thirteen years old now and is growing fast! Brayden needs a lot of medical care, which requires many out of town hospital and dr. visits that are about a 2 1/2-3 hour drive for us. Right now he has a specialized car seat that we have to lift him in and out of when taking him places, but as he keeps growing and getting heavier that is getting harder for us to do.

We are already in the process of buying a wheelchair accessible van, but we have to come up with more money in order to get it for him. The conversion for the van is paid for by Brayden’s insurance, but we have to cover the rest of the cost for the van.
