Hi, my name is Jeannie and I'm asking for your support in raising funds for my dear friends, Russell Rush and Saralyn. I met Russell back in 2005 when he first moved to San Antonio and was hired as the afternoon DJ on 96.1 NOW, quickly becoming one of the most beloved DJs in the city. He has captured the hearts of so many people simply by being an amazing friend, mentor, and champion for soo many charitable causes.

In 2019 Russell publicly announced his T-Cell lymphoma diagnosis and sadly in most recent months his health took a turn for the worse. He and his family have been travelling back and forth between San Antonio, Iowa, and Houston to be at his side while he received care at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

He is now at home receiving hospice care with his loving wife and family by his side. While they would never ask for help even if they needed it, it's time we offer our love and support for the man with the BIGGEST heart, Russell Rush. These funds will go to his family to help with the medical and travel expenses as well as memorial and funeral services.

We love you Russell and Saralyn! While we are ALL praying for a miracle to happen we know that if God calls you home you have faced this uncertainty with such bravery and grace. We'll be here for you until the very end.
