We lost everything, help me rebuild my future

My name is Ahmed, I’m 24 years old and I never imagined in my life this day will come and I will say this words.

We had a small house in the eastern region, consisting of two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, nothing more than a room for my dad and mum. My younger brothers slept there, and a small room for me and my sisters who were older than me. The room was tiny for us, but it was the room of our dreams, living the best days of childhood full of unforgettable memories.

We are a family of 5 members except my parents (may God protect them). We were growing and our house was getting smaller, but to be honest it was warm and full of laughter, and there our dreams and goals grew with us. We decided to expand and find a house, so we took land in a large, quiet area and one of the most beautiful places. In the west of the city, the dream became a reality and we transferred. This house has been a dream of ours for 14 years of hardship and misery.

The war came and our house was burned, bombed and completely destroyed.

I work as a photographer and had my own camera but it was destroyed when our house was bombed, my equipment also was destroyed. In one moment, our dreams were shattered and destroyed. We fled and survived from death, under intense and violent artillery bombardment.

We were displaced to the south and escaped death four times.

Until this moment, the war continues and I need someone to help me from death and stands by my side because I have nothing left.
