Help Thomas and Melissa recover from Marshall fire
Donation protected
We are heartbroken at the loss of our home and possessions in the Marshall Fire that burned through Superior, Colorado on December 30th. We have to ask for help.
My husband Thomas was able to save our pets, but by the time he made it out of the house the backyard was engulfed in flame. We evacuated to Aurora with nothing left. I am thankful my Husband and our pets are safe, but it seems all ~380 homes in our Sagamore subdivision are gone.
Thomas and I suffered financial setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic, as I could not find work and my husband had to leave Graduate school. We had poised ourselves to catch up on our lives this year. Now, the only way I know to begin rebuilding is to ask for support.
We are asking for any help you could provide that will help us get back on our feet. We are willing to be contacted for donations or advice. Any and every little bit helps, thank you so much for taking the time to read this. As soon as we are allowed to go back to what used to be our home, we'll update with any information we have regarding our situation.
The best method for contacting us right now would be email and by phone, and we'll respond as soon as we are able.
Thanks again for all the support,
