WE ❤️ ROWING - Thank you

We completed our marathon rowing challenge on 8th February 2025 at our club and in Windsor town centre by the Royal Station. Our coach John rowed 42195m non stop on an erg (rowing machine) and 4 teams of juniors (7 per team) completed their marathons as a team relay.

OUR NEXT FUNDRAISING EFFORT WILL BE POSTED SOON

We are a group of 50 junior rowers (13-17yrs old) who row for Windsor Girls School Boat Club and Eton Excelsior Rowing Club. We provide opportunities for young people to learn how to row and compete. We are a very small club trying to get the equipment we need to allow us to compete on the bigger stages. We have been really fortunate as John Collins, retired elite athlete, two time Olympian and GB rower has recently started as our coach.

We have heart and enthusiasm for rowing, we're training really hard and we would like to repair and improve the kit and boats we have to give us a chance to compete at all levels with an aspiration to win, build momentum and get to Henley.
