We love Scotty Rasmussen!

We love you, Scotty!
For all the love you give, here is some love back to you. Cheers!

Status: Gratefully ALIVE but UNINSURED and WITHOUT INCOME.

⭐As many of you now know, on May 6 our beloved Scotty suffered a massive heart attack. Thankfully he survived, as out of the 356,000 Americans that have heart attacks annually, only 6% survive, then only a portion of them do so without brain damage.
Those first few days were terrifying. Though, of course we were grateful he survived the attack, no one knew if he would make it and if so to what degree he would heal, if there would be any brain damage, physical damage, etc.
The capable care team at Harborview ICU put him in a type of medical coma. They used a cutting edge process of induced hypothermia. After a couple days of round the clock monitoring, the process of warming began, a nerve-wracking "wait and see."
Thanks to a winning trio of immediate action, medical brilliance, and a powerful combination of miracles, our Scotty came through. What an absolute blessing!

Everyone who knows Scott Rasmussen knows this:
He is a beautiful bright light in our world.
His generosity is vast and grand.
He is loyal. He is kind. He is genuine.
His adventurous spirit, wonderful laugh, and positive attitude quickly become a part of all who have the pleasure of knowing him.
He has helped and been a friend to eveyone reading this.
☆NOW HE NEEDS OUR HELP☆
For the last many months, Scott (in his quintessential generous and loyal way) stopped working at his business, devoting all his time to helping his aging mother.  He worked insanely hard readying his childhood home to sell, all while caring for his mom, searching for the best assisted living, and really giving his all to her during this time of frightening change. A result of these selfless acts, albeit well worth it for his only living parent, was a loss of income.

Scott, like too many of us, has no medical insurance. Medical bills have begun to pour in, and will continue to do so, all while rent, groceries, electricity, etc, etc, etc, need to be paid.
Let us come together and help Scott, as we all know he would (or more likely has!) help(ed) us.

Knowing how you're going to live should not be a burden you exchange for getting to live.
Financial ruin should not be the price of saving a life.

"I have found that if you love life, life will love you back."

Scotty loves life and has a beautiful vibrant spirit. ❤ He loves us, let us love him back.
Please give what you can, no amount is too small.
