We love the DeCourcys

From the moment I met the DeCourcy family I knew they were going to be a light in my family's life. When I've truly needed a friend, a friend like no other, I've leaned on them and they've never disappointed.  The DeCourcy family is full of love and laughter and wit and is caring and giving and loyal. I'm guessing that Naomi or Nikki  or Cabot or Sutter have been there for you or for your children at some point in your life since you've met them. 

As many of you know, Nikki was diagnosed a few weeks ago with a rare acoustic neuroma tumor and hydrocephalus. And as many of you know, she had been experiencing symptoms for over a year. On December 2nd they are heading to Brigham Women's in Boston to remove the tumor and drain the fluid on her brain. They expect Nikki to be in recovery for 3-5 days at the hospital with a 4-6 week recovery timeframe at home.

As many of you can imagine, this will cause physical, emotional, and financial hardship. I know many of us will step up with emotional support and meals (setting up food train next), but I'd like to see if this community can help with the financial aspect as well (costs associated with hotels, travel, food,  medical bills, home renovations for recovery, etc). Any amount is helpful and appreciated. Let's help together as a community to show the DeCourcys that we want to support them in any way possible.
