On April 08, 2020 our younger sister, Karina Sanchez, was diagnosed with Endometrial Adenocarcinoma; which is a type of cancer that begins in the uterus.
The recommended and best treatment for this type of cancer is a total hysterectomy. Once this surgery is completed, we will know what other treatments will follow. Whether that will be radiation or chemotherapy is still unknown.
Our sister Karina has been married to her husband, Alan Sanchez for 7 years. Together they share a loving home with their 2 dogs, Gus and Georgie. Alan currently works at HEB and KarIna works at Fred Loya Insurance, in the claims department.
Karina's diagnosis carries not only an enormous heavy weight emotionally, but financially. As Karina and Alan mentally prepare to take on this journey, we as their family and friends ask for your support.
Times are hard for many of us right now. Many are living on fixed incomes, but there is no donation too small. All contributions are greatly appreciated and will help alleviate the financial burden the Karina and Alan will surely face during these difficult times.
Anyone that knows Karina, knows that she is the strongest, most loving, most caring, and most unselfish person in our world. She's always willing to give and expects nothing in return. She’s the go to person in our family; the one we go to for advice, for support and anything in general. She’s always there willing to help and support anything her nieces and nephews are going through at the time. Karina has a heart of gold; and that is why she’s my best friend.
I love you sister; we will get through this and fight this together. As we always have with anything we have ever faced together, as a family. ️

Family, friends, neighbors and strangers PLEASE help my baby sister, Karina, with any donation you can. Any amount is greatly appreciated. During these hard times of need is when everyone should grow strong together, to help support your brothers and sisters with what we can. I’m terribly bothered that my baby sister has to go through this. She knows she is not alone and we are all fighting this together with her. I believe my baby sister is the strongest of the three of us, so I know she will beat the DEVIL CANCER that she has. My family, my wife, my sisters and I sincerely appreciate your help.
