We Love You Melinda

This GofundMe is being created to help Melinda’s Warnock family stay by her
side.

On the afternoon of December 16, 2021 she was involved in a horrific traffic
accident, that has changed her life forever.

We all have had a tremendous amount of people reach out to us wanting to know
what or how they can help? So because her daughter Brianna has left her home
and her new job in northern BC to be by her momma’s side and the rest of the
family has to travel across provinces to get here. A GoFundMe was the right
thing to do for Mel and her immediate family.

This would also be something Mel would want and need the most, her family by her side.

Mel is in the best hands at Kelowna General Hospital.

Please keep her in your prayers as she battles the biggest battle of her lifetime.

Dec. 23, 2021 Update...

First and foremost, Melinda’s Family would like to thank each and everyone of
you for your kind words, prayers and most generous support during this difficult
time in their lives.

Although Melinda still has many battles to overcome, serious injuries to heal, she
has been moved out of ICU. Thank you to all the ICU Doctors and Nurses for
getting her this far!

When the time is right Brianna and family look forward to sharing all the
comments from the GoFundMe account with her. They will warm her heart to
know she has so many supporters all across the miles. By all the comments it is
clear that she has touched so many lives with her BEAUTIFUL smile and contagious
laughter! She is such a beautiful lady in so many ways.

We all know that there is no good time for something so tragic to happen to a
family. This time of the year makes no exception. We all have said, “Mel is our
Christmas Miracle!” We are all so thankful she is still with us! She will be
triumphant and battle this like a true warrior. Keep her in your prayers!

There are people out there that had a big roll in that miracle and they need to
know that we are thankful for them being there when Melinda needed them the
most. Paramedics, Doctors, Helicopter Pilots, Vernon Jubilee Hospital ER staff and
from what we understand a person held her hand. These are the hands of some
beautiful people. It is comforting knowing you walk this planet with all us.
Please keep all involved in your prayers, they need it! Take a moment to be
thankful for all blessing in your life!

Today is a gift, tomorrow is a present!
