My name is Karen Wilson, also fondly known as “Kdubb.”

Anita is an extraordinary entrepreneur and hair stylist. She in partnership with her sister (Janine) owns Salon Covas. For 40+ years Anita has been a beacon in the community and a supporter of other small businesses.

Her giving, selfless nature propels her to serve by mentorship and encouraging women to be the best version of themselves. A true giver – expecting nothing in return. Anita is the epitome of class and elegance. And is one of the strongest people I know.

As much as we try to prepare for ups & downs in life, sometimes the unexpected happens. And the support of family, friends, coworkers, and others is needed. Anita has recently been faced with a serious and debilitating health challenge that has greatly impacted her ability to work. While we expect her to make a FULL RECOVERY…. there’s a long road ahead. Through prayer, rehabilitation, and physical therapy we expect just THAT!

Many of you have reached out asking how to help. We’ve established this page for everyone who desires to do so…. while she focuses on this time of healing. All funds will be used
