We need a new vehicle and can't afford one

Hello, I am here to ask for help for my family and I. I have a full time job that I have held for nearly 20 years but my wife has been struggling with extreme health problems for several years and has been unable to work. She has filed for SSI disability but has not as of yet been approved. Our daughter is a full time college student. Our only means of transportation has broken down and is unrepairable. Unfortunately we can't afford to replace it. We don't like having to ask but we are out of options. We need a modest vehicle to get me back and forth to work and my wife and her wheelchair to her frequent doctors appointments 3 towns away. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
