We really need help getting my car legal again!

My car taxes have not been paid. And since I let my time run out due to lack of funds to pay for it I have to pay $400 out of the gate to sc because that’s were my car was registered for until I moved to Nc. After that I have to pay to send off my title,  for my taxes in Nc and for a new plate and tags and also an inspection! Anything towards my goal helps. As it is my only form of transportation back and forth to work! Anything will help just trying to get out of a rough spot.
