We Stand With Izaack Powell

Hi my name is Michelle Feuerriegel and I am a Life Member of Peninsula Power Football Club

On behalf of Izaack Powell and his family I have started this Go fund page in the hope that we raise more than enough funds to support Izaack as he again faces a battle with Leukaemia.

Izaack started playing for Peninsula Power at the age of 5years old. Izaack also represented local clubs Albany Creek and Moreton Bay

Izaack went on to play professionally at the age of 16 with The Brisbane Roar and Represented Australia in the U17 World Cup.

Izaack was first diagnosed with Leukaemia in June 2021 and with intensive treatments was given Drs approval to return to training in December 2022.

April 2023 Izaack underwent a routine biopsy and Drs advised Izaack and his family of the relapse and the urgent need of a bone marrow transplant, as a long term solution to cure the cancer.

Izaack will need all the support he can get to

raise funds for medical expenses and time off work

izaack has asked that anyone aged 18-35yrs old consider going on the donor register to see if they are a match for himself or others in need of a bone marrow transplant.

funds raised from this Go FundMe page will be used to

(1) Raise funds for Izaack’s medical expenses

allowing him to get the best possible care and be with the hope he will be cured of Cancer.

(2) Raise awareness that Leukaemia does not discriminate and could happen to anyone

(3) Encourage more people to register on the donor register, check out the websites ABMDR, Strength to Give, and or Lifeblood to see just how easy it is to become a life saving Donor.

(4) Financial assist anyone that is a Match to undergo the bone marrow transplant.
