WEB3 LISTEN UP! IT'S TIME WE ALL COME TOGETHER!
On April 25th-26th, we’re calling on every MFer and every community in Web3 to join us in this 24h push-up challenge to raise awareness for mental health!!!!
So what exactly is this challenge??
Begins on April 25
The challenge is simple:
- Record yourself doing as many push-ups as you can in 15 seconds
- Upload the video on Twitter and tag us by writing " Join our challenge or donate @web3pushup "
- (Optional) Challenge 3 friends to join in by tagging them
Example:
Can't do push-ups? No problem, you can still,
- Donate to this fundraising campaign (all donations go directly to NAMI)
- Engage with and support your frens on twitter
- Share your stories of how mental health has impacted you
- Join us on our official event Twitter Space: TBA
Updates and push-up videos will be shared on our Official Twitter

What influenced us to create this challenge?
Today web3 is filled with great communities doing their own things whether it's GMing, hanging out on discord, or trading like degens! But what could we actually do when we all come together to rally behind a great cause??
Feeling inspired by many brave friends in web3 that openly share their experiences dealing with mental health, we wanted to contribute to the cause We decided to change things up and propose a physical challenge where we literally push ourselves up. Our hope is that this challenge will be an empowering and fun way to raise awareness for mental health
So how will my donation make a difference?
NAMI or the National Alliance on Mental Illness relies entirely on donations as a source of funding. By partnering up with an organization that is already well established and with a proven track record we are ensuring that the funds raised is put to good use and will help people in need.
About our Charity
NAMI is the United State's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. We're touched by their dedication and their work towards many of their initiatives. Learn more about them on their official website.
Transparency of Funds
We decided to use GoFundMe as a third-party service to raise funds for this event to make sure that there is complete transparency and confidence that the funds are going directly to NAMI. We set NAMI as a beneficiary of this fundraiser as shown above.
