Wedding day disaster fund
Hi, we are the Throwers. Joshua and I have a 12 year old and 2 year old. We have been together 7 years and finally celebrated our wedding on August 21, 2021 with friends and family. I took at least 3-4 months to plan out all the details.
On the morning of our wedding day we went out to our family vehicle, a silver Chevrolet Tahoe, and found that it was gone along with a rented uhaul trailer and all our rented wedding equipment for our special day. Everything was gone and we were devastated. We panicked and didn’t know what we were going to do. We called the cops and made a report. Then decided we had to keep going and not to give up in the face of tragedy.
Our family and friends helped pull it all together and get things needed for our special day. We were still able to celebrate our wedding but we were totally devastated all day.
While we were out of town trying to relax and collect ourselves after such a traumatic experience, the cops did find our family vehicle but it had been spray painted blue and the uhaul and all the wedding stuff are still missing.
We are asking to please help us get our car repainted and help towards all the stollen wedding items. Thank you for reading and if anything has ever happened to you like this I’d love to know your story as well to relate to. Thank you for your love and support during this happy yet very difficult time for us. Love, The Throwers
