As many of you know, Veronica experienced a health incident on her way back from Florida over March Break. She as been in a hospital in North Carolina for the past month and has undergone a number of procedures.
The good news is, she has been cleared to return to Canada. The bad news is, the Canadian government and insurance company are having a hard time finding her a bed in a Toronto hospital, which is delaying her return.
A lot of people have reached out to us to ask how they can help. We all know Veronica's strong will and stubbornness, something that will prevent her from asking for help, but she is going to need it when she gets back.
We thought that opening a go-fund-me for her would be an easy way to do that and provide her a little financial cushion for when she comes home. She will have a long road to recovery, and any small amount you are able to contribute will be deeply appreciated.
