Weldmar Hospice charity day & Skydive

We are holding a charity event at The Victoria Hotel on the 2nd of August 2025 in aid of raising money for this great cause, there is more information below in why we have chosen this charity for our 2025 charity day. In wanting to raise as much money as we can there are 3 of us jumping out of a plan on the 1st of August (the day before!!!). We are all scared out of our minds - but not as much as those that require help from Weldmar in their point of time in which they need help. Weldmar Hospice care touch the lives of so many throughout Dorset - i cant imagine how many hearts & lives these people have helped.

More information about Weldmar Hospicecare: Weldmar Hospicecare is an independent charity providing specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, such as cancer, Motor Neurone Disease or heart disease, and support for their loved ones. Our compassionate approach supports patients and their families in their own homes, in the local community, and in our hospice. All services are provided free of charge. 20% of our funds are provided by the NHS - we must raise the remaining £27,500 a day with the support of the local community.
