Nancy Reyes' Fight Against Cancer!

Nancy's story!
From December, 2015 through May, 2016; I had been receiving chemotherapy for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Then in June; I started experiencing back pain. Thinking I pulled a muscle, I wasn't too concerned. After weeks of unbearable pain, a PetScan was ordered. After a biopsy; it was determined that my cancer came back aggressive. Aggressive chemotherapy began July 8th. This has been disheartening; feeling that I went through 5 months of chemo for nothing! During that time I was able to continue working. Now with this aggressive chemotherapy, I can no longer work. I have one more cycle of chemotherapy to go. I have a bone marrow biopsy scheduled, as well as other medical procedures. I will have a Stem Cell placement procedure done. They will harvest my own stem cells and will be hospitalized at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) for at least 3 weeks. After I am released from the hospital, I will need 24 hour round the clock care for 4 weeks once I'm recuperating at home; as I will not be strong enough to care for myself. Please keep me in prayer.
