We Love Ricky (Medical Fund)

Hey Everyone,
Back in April 2014, our friend Ricky was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Unfortunately, he found this out the hard way and nearly died in the process.
In the several months following his initial stay in the hospital, he was readmitted several times for various problems with his stomach.
As we all know, six months of surgeries, ER visits, and extended hospital stays adds up to a mountain of medical bills. With doctors putting Ricky on restricted physical activity, it has been difficult for Rick to find work where he isn't expected to lift and bend. Making paying his medical bills next to impossible.
Now, if all that wasn't enough, yesterday Rick was taken to the ER where he was admitted for a hernia that is causing his intestine to protrude. After running some tests, it was found that he also has an obstruction in his small intestine and will most likely need yet another surgery.
We have set a goal of $5000. This is just a starting place to help Rick and his family start to pay down some of the accumulated medical bills accquired in the last year and a half.
There is no real deadline as of this point, but we would like to start helping ease the financial burden on this family as soon as possible.
Ricky is an amazing person. He is an incredibly talented musician and producer. He recently released a EP with Gabriel Hancock which he recorded and produced along with playing various instruments and singing back up.
