Welsey Melkonian - Funeral Fundraiser

We are helping the family of Welsey Gregory Melkonian to pay for the unexpected funeral and burial costs after his recent passing in the Salt Lake City area. We wished it were not so, but the time came for him to move on in his journey after suffering so much. We know there were many who came to know and love Welsey and his extended family through his challenges and may feel the desire to help.

 

So, we are asking if you can donate what you can at this time of year and all the funds will be used to pay off the costs incurred in this coming week to provide for him a simple, proper burial as a last goodbye. If you feel inclined to donate, please do so by December 17th. Several family members with experience handling these funds and financial matters will assure that all is administered as described here.

 

Estamos ayudando a la familia de Welsey Melkonian a pagar los inesperados costos de funeral y entierro después de su reciente fallecimiento. Ojalá no fuera así, pero llegó el momento de que él avanzara en su viaje después de sufrir tanto. Sabemos que hubo muchos que llegaron a conocer y amar a Welsey y su familia extendida a través de sus desafíos y pueden sentir el deseo de ayudar.

Update: Sat Dec 11 - Again, we want to thank everyone that supported, contributed, and gave so generously. We made the goal with these donations and some made directly by those who chose that option. Wesley's family was able to make all arrangements for the services on Monday. So, we will be closing this GoFundMe. Thank you all very much.
