Welsh 3 Peaks to help save Dolau school

Highway Adventures will be driving a minibus of Dolau locals to complete each of the Welsh 3 peaks, Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-Y-Fan on May 14th 2022

The mission statement: To raise awareness about whats happening and to raise as much money as possible to help Dolau school stay open.

The school closure would have a huge impact on the strong Dolau community, they have been fighting to save the school and have had tremendous support, however we aim to raise even more awareness for what is happening to these local communities. So we have decided to pull together and do something positive and fun.

The 3 peaks is no easy challenge, it will be tough, but the situation is tough and although it may feel like an uphill battle, great things are achievable when we pull together.

Although seats on the bus are limited, you can still join in as other people have offered to drive, so we can use this page to organise carpools. If you want to join in but are worried you might not be able to do all 3 peaks then you can join us on the last climb at Pen-Y-Fan! County councillor Martin Weale has offered to supply a coach to Pen-Y-Fan free of charge, which will leave from Dolau and will aim to get there roughly at the same time so we can all go up together.
