Wendy C Archibald Memorial Fund

Wendy C. Tidwell Archibald was Dean of Students and Internal Relations at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University from 2008 until taking a leave of absence following her diagnosis with stage four melanoma in August 2019. As Dean of Students, Wendy had the responsibility - and she would call it the privilege - of counseling with students in all stages of their legal education, including students experiencing emotional, physical, and financial hardships. More than 1500 students matriculated or graduated during her tenure. She was generous, kind, and loving. She was an amazing listener, radiated hope, and helped those she counseled find light even in their darkest hours. We invite students and alumni of BYU Law, administrators, faculty, alumni board members and other family and friends to contribute to a gravesite memorial honoring Wendy's contribution to the fulfillment of the BYU Law School's mission to Learn Law in the Light.
