Wendy Frisch Benefit
Donation protected
Wendy was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma. Glioblastoma is a rare form of brain cancer that impacts less than 200,000 people per year. It can occur in the brain or spinal cord. It can cause worsening headaches, nausea, vomiting and seizures. Wendy's tumor is on her frontal lobe, which means she has long term memory, however;she has limited short term memory.
Wendy is a beloved sister, daughter and mother. She is also a dedicated employee at Ability Building Community in Rochester MN where she was worked with disabled clients for 8 years.
Wendy has been unable to work since her diagnosis in November 2019. She is currently undergoing medical treatment at Mayo Clinic. Any funds raised will go towards her care and medical bills. Any extra funds will go towards her 13 year old daughter Isabella.
A team of volunteers will also be hosting a benefit for Wendy Frisch at Ability Building Community in Rochester. Due to the Covid-19 Virus we are going to postpone the benefit to a later date. I will post the new date and time ASAP. There will be a silent auction along with breakfast. All proceeds from the benefit will be going towards supporting Wendy and her family through this journey.
Just a little about me (Heidi Zeidenstein) since I know unfortunately there have been some past issues with others using Go Fund Me accounts for nefarious means . Wendy is my sister. I am a Probation Officer and consider myself an honest and trustworthy person. I am the financial Power of Attorney for Wendy and have access to her bank accounts. Every last penny that is donated to this account will be deposited into Wendy's account and will be used to pay off her medical bills. I just thought I should put this out there in case not everyone knows me. Thank you!
