Wendy and Russ lost their home and almost everything within to a horrible house fire on Sunday, July 2nd. On their way to the house, Wendy crashed her motorcycle and after an ambulance ride and many scans, found out she broke her scapula and collar bone, along with needing six stitches in her left knee from a deep gash. And after a CT scan to check for internal bleeding, they found unknown cancer in her kidney. In the fire, they unfortunately, lost multiple pets. Axel, their thirteen-year-old schnauzer survived the fire and was in critical condition. But sadly, later ended up being put to sleep because of his lethal injuries.
Due to these detrimental events happening within 24 hours, Russ and Wendy are asking for anyone that can help, to please consider donating towards the current and future medical bills of Wendy and Axel. This money would also help them find a place to stay in the meantime while figuring out the details and condition of their home. The family thanks everyone for their help during this stressful time.
