Wendy Phillips Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Wendy Phillips passed away on Good Friday, March 30, 2018. Wendy was a hard-working, devoted mother who was afflicted with multiple strokes over the last 3.5 years. During this time she was unable to work, depleting her resources rapidly. In March, 2016 her mother passed and in March, 2017 she lost her step-mother. With these losses, her family face financial challenges in arranging for a decent burial, including stones for Wendy and her mother.
Her sisters Mel and Gina are assuming guardianship of Wendy’s autistic son, Billy. Donations received in excess of memorial expenses will be contributed to the Oak Hill School of Bristol, which has provided a learning environment for Billy, tailored to his special needs. Autism awareness was always close to Wendy’s heart and we know she would be proud to support this cause.
Thank you so much for anything you can do to help.
