Wendy Townsend -Cancer Treatment

In mid 2018, Dr. Wendy Townsend, a renowned creative and charismatic biologist working with indigenous communities, biological conservation, and resource sustainability the Neotropics, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. We are fund raising to help Wendy with payments for medical care, chemotherapy treatments, and the necessary travel to the States from her long-term home in Bolivia for diagnostic imaging and rechecks. Wendy is a mentor to so many  who work in tropical conservation and wildlife management and we need her! Those of us who her know her know Wendy's fiery, fighting spirit.
