Wendy's Brain Tumor

In November Wendy was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  It’s in a very precarious position in the brain, if they did a biopsy it could cause paralyzing damage so the doctors chose not to do a biopsy and to proceed with treatment as if it were cancer.  She started radiation and chemo treatment at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.  They have to stay in Rochester all week and can go home to see their kids on the weekends.  Wendy is done with radiation treatments December 23rd and will continue to do chemo every 4-6 weeks after that.  She’s not able to work since she has to stay in Rochester and social security disability won’t kick in  for several months.  We’ve been very greatfull for the friends and family that have already donated.  It’s helped with bills, renting an apartment in Rochester,  hotels, gas and food.  We hope everyone has a very thankful Thanksgiving and a wonderful Christmas and New Year.  2021 will be better!!!  Much love to you all!!
